Finally we have the complete packaging for a DIY woodblock printing kit that I have researched and designed from scratch over the last 3 years. It all started with my being inspired by Dong Ho village's beautiful traditional woodblock printing technique and materials (established since 15th century). On my first visit there in 2014, I was dismayed to learn that only a handful of individuals from still safeguard this art whereas I thought everything about it was truly interesting.
It is my hope that in this new and portable packaging, our woodblock printing kits will be able to reach thousands of parents and kids throughout the country and even overseas. INGO's motto is very simple - from hands to soul, and we hope to transmit ancient wisdom to younger generations through learning by doing.
